E-MAX RS-232 Fiber Signal Converter

The E-MAX RS-232 Data Link / Extender is a convenient way to transfer data. Fiber optics give this system a 1600 meter multi-mode or 19,000 meter single-mode capability. The advantage of the fiber optic design provides electrical isolation and is immune to electrical noise (EMI/RFI) and ground potential rise.

Another application is available through the RS-232s ability to repeat non-RS232 data. The unit is jumper configurable for DTE or DCE. Easily installed into existing systems, the RS-232 is the perfect way to extend and deliver secure data.
